Intro: Organizing Chaos
As I learn more about the world, I am increasingly seeing a fractal reality, where patterns repeat themselves in different theories and layers of reality. This can be seen in the Perennial Philosophy or Jung's archetypes; also reflected in the old mystic quote, "as above, so below" or how in Genesis the creation process mimics whatever is done in heaven on earth, etc.
My inner battle is to connect all of these patterns into a holistic understanding of reality. However, I often struggle to communicate my thoughts verbally when dealing with complex subjects. My mind opens up like a branched tree with multiple connections and it can be difficult to organize everything into a coherent and regular talk. This often leads to feelings of anxiety and impotence when trying to express myself to other people. I have always been impressed by those who possess a beautiful rhetoric, like perfect notes in music but with words and thoughts. That's why I usually prefer to create art or to write, as it allows me to organize my ideas into something meaningful.
This blog will be an unpretentious way of communicating ideas, mostly related to philosophy, theology, psychology, symbols, the logos, culture and art.
